QUIK-FIRE SS DeLuxe and SS Master DeLuxe Charcoal models have the same thick double walled insulated tops and stainless insulated bodies as do our gas models. Therefore, you may use your Charcoal Barbecues as Ovens, and a smoker, as well.

We remove the curved sparker side housing from the gas models and add an additional side table, giving you two side tables, then convert the firing system to Charcoal. The 3" diameter holes with the tear drop adjustable vent doors on either side of the top will assist with heat control. The drip tray is made deeper to collect accumulated ash.

When all is said and done, with material and labor costs, the end cost remains equal to our comparable DeLuxe models.

Applying a high quality Oven Thermometer to the top is a must for keeping an eye on the heat required when, Barbecuing, Roasting, or Smoking.

We use the same Quality stainless house Thermometer as are applied to our large commercial Ovens, so don't expect some cheap add-ons.
